Step 1:
Identify your target audience(s)
Example:
1. Diploma or degree campaigns may be targeting students in ITEs or Polytechnics.
2. Whereas, Masters programs, credit cards, or insurance campaigns will most probably target PMETs.

Step 2:
Choose your location(s)
Now that you know who you are targeting, think about where they congregate.
Example:
1. Uni students can be found in Universities.
2. Whereas foreign workers can be found in their dormitories, or ethnically inclinced places like Lucky Plaza or Little India.
